OVH UI Kit Project
The OVH UI Kit project aimed to establish a cohesive design system for OVH's digital products, enhancing user experience and interface consistency. As a UI/UX designer at OVH, I led the development of the company's first UX guidelines and UI kit, focusing on simplifying and harmonizing products and services used by over a million clients daily.
UI Kit vs Design systems
This was before established best practices for design systems, such as tokens, had become common. In retrospect, this effort was more of a UI kit than a complete design system. Nonetheless, it was instrumental in shifting OVH towards a user-centered design approach, resulting in more intuitive and accessible digital products.
